Convenient location, easy parking, and clean rooms. The hotel is situated close to the city centre and offers easy parking facilities. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. the hotel offers free Wi-Fi access which was a great benefit.
Limited breakfast options and small, dated rooms. The breakfast did not offer many choices and the quality was not up to our expectations.

Breakfast was marvelous, staff was awesome. It is adjacent to the airport. South inch park was around the corner.

Characterful base for weekend in Perth. We would come there again and totally recommend this place for every one. Near the airport, 30 km. For dinner we chose Wee India, that was 400 metres from the hotel

The location of this guest house is very convenient, being close to the city centre and within a short walk. the rooms are clean, although a bit dated, and the bathrooms are well-maintained. the staff is friendly and accommodating, providing a warm welcome to guests.
The breakfast options are disappointing, with microwaved bacon and eggs being served.

Great location right in the heart of the city. Easy check-in process and friendly staff. the room was clean and tidy with fresh towels provided daily. the breakfast was delicious with a good range of options available, including vegetarian choices. the free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, perfect for those who need to stay connected.
The room was quite small and lacked natural light. the shared bathroom on the same floor was not always clean, and the shower pressure was very weak.
